Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) offers competitive programs for aspiring gymnasts who have excelled in the various Recreational programs. Competitive programs include Artistic Gymnastics, Acrobatic Gymnastic, Tumbling and Trampolining classes.
After progressing through SGAC’s Recreational Gymnastics Pathway, or similar programs, gymnasts will have an opportunity to take the next step and further develop as an athlete.
The Women’s Gymnastics levels class is for gymnasts that have shown skill development and are mentally ready for competitive gymnastics. This class is handpicked by our coaches. The levels classes are our competitive gymnasts who train three to four times a week.Women’s Gymnastics consists of four apparatuses:

Trampolining is a competitive Olympic sport in which gymnasts perform acrobatic moves while bouncing on a trampoline. These can include simple jumps in the pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists.There are four related competitive rebound sports or apparatus which are:
