We are so pleased to be reopening our doors and welcoming you back to Gymnastics at SGAC on Monday 22 June. It will be so good to see you back in the gym.
As we reopen our doors, we must be reminded there will be changes to the way our centre once operated.
Effective 19 August, it is a requirement when entering Sydney Gymnastic & Aquatic Centre to electronically sign in via with a membership card. This ensures accurate electronic records are kept for contact tracing and capacity restrictions, as well as creating a seamless transition entry to your child’s class or spectator area. By entering the facility, you declare that you and any minors in your care are free from any symptoms of COVID-19. It is also a requirement, in line with social distancing measures, that one parent/caregiver be allowed into the facility with your swimmer(s)/gymnast(s).
This ‘new normal’ will be an adjustment for all, rest assured the team at SGAC are as committed as ever to ensuring we deliver a quality Gymnastics program to your child.
All competitive athletes would have received their new return to training timetable in their inbox this week. Your child will be booked into their new class automatically so there is no action required from you.
If you haven’t received your timetable, please contact Gymnastics directly via our email [email protected]. The new squad and relevant fees will be updated in your family account and be reflected in the direct debit due on 2 July 2020. All other terms and conditions will still apply.
All School-aged recreational classes (Gym Fun, Gym Skills, Intermediate Gym Skills, Advanced Gym Skills and Teen Skills) will start back on Monday 22 June.
Your child will remain in the same class they were in before our shutdown, which means there is no further action required from you. The first direct debit will be due on 2 July 2020. All other terms and conditions will still apply.
Preschool Classes (Kinder Fun, Kinder Gym, Kinder Skills) recommenced classes from 20 July 2020. SNAP and Adult gymnastic classes will not commence until further notice. SGAC will be in contact with you once these classes resume. SNAP and Adult gymnastic customers will not be charged any fees until your classes commence.
Our Customer Service will reopen on Thursday 18 June. If you need to change your child’s class, please email us on [email protected].
