OVERVIEW

Gym Stars is designed for youngsters who have already mastered basic recreational gymnastic skills and are ready to take their skills to the next level.

All classes are age-specific and will provide the foundation of an exciting gymnastics journey. These sessions will develop a strong foundation and will become the building blocks of an exciting gymnastics journey. Coached by our Gym Sport specialists, these bespoke sessions will be exactly what every young gymnast has been searching for.

Specifically designed to prepare your gymnast for success in whichever path they choose.

Open to athletes aged 5-8 years to assist with refining their gymnastics skills
Our program will stretch the more capable athletes and improve technique
Increased training will help build confidence, concentration and self-belief
Each young person will be challenged to understand their own potential
We will help each participant to be better learners and achievers (not just in sport)
