Swimming Lessons in Rooty Hill

Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) is a world-class facility that provides various programs and services for children and adults to enjoy the water in a safe and fun environment. Children aged 6 months old through to adults can receive swimming lessons taught by certified instructors, building a balance of aquatic skills and water confidence in a safe and friendly environment. Whatever your interests, we run swimming lessons for all ages, throughout the week and on weekends. Progress through our swimming lesson levels as you gain confidence and develop skills.
