In this class, you will be introduced to gymnastics, strength and conditioning, stretching and overcoming obstacles. Whether you aim to tone, handstand or land a flip, you will build an understanding of how each class and element work in helping you achieve your goal.
Gymnastics is a great fun way to keep in shape. It’s also great cross-training for other sports such as boxing, martial arts and more.
Participants will be pushed to their limits using their bodies to help achieve their goals, as well as using movements such as weights training, muscular strengthening, toning and circuit training (high intensity).
From ex-competitors to those who have never done the sport before, we welcome all skill levels!
